Job Description

    Hiring DCDP (Continental Cuisine)We are looking for a passionate and skilled DCDP Continental Cuisine to join our kitchen team.Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and present Continental dishes as per company standards.
    • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are maintained consistently.
    • Handle daily kitchen operations and assist senior chefs.
    • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
    • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
    • Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations during service hours.
    • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 25 years of experience in Continental Cuisine.
    • Good knowledge of food preparation and plating techniques.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
    • Hotel Management qualification preferred.
    Salary:25,000 30,000 per monthIndustry:Hotel / Restaurant / HospitalityJoining:Immediate joiners preferred.
