Job Description

    Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Customer Engagement:
      • Identify and reach out to prospective customers through various channels (calls, emails, networking, etc.).
      • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
    2. Sales Strategy Execution:
      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
      • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
    3. Market Research and Lead Generation:
      • Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
      • Generate and qualify leads through proactive prospecting and referrals.
    4. Account Management:
      • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and contracts in the CRM system.
      • Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    5. Reporting and Feedback:
      • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management on performance and market conditions.
      • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales pitches and offerings.
    Qualifications:
    • (Bachelors degree preferred).
    • Must be proficient in Marathi language.
    • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
    • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
