    Deputy General Manager Supply ChainJob Title: Deputy General Manager Supply ChainAbout the Organization:A leading multinational manufacturing company providing advanced industrial solutions across food, beverage, life sciences, and industrial sectors.Role Overview:The Deputy General Manager Supply Chain will lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including material planning, logistics, and global distribution. The role focuses on optimizing inventory, improving logistics efficiency, and ensuring smooth domestic and international deliveries.Key Responsibilities:Manage material planning and inventory to ensure timely availability and optimal stock levels.Develop demand forecasting and replenishment models aligned with production and sales using ERP systems such as Oracle.Oversee logistics, warehousing, and export operations while negotiating with logistics partners to improve cost and service efficiency.Coordinate with global teams for cross-border operations, compliance, and performance tracking through digital tools and analytics.Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and risk mitigation across the supply chain.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain management, material planning, logistics, and distribution within a manufacturing setup (printing, coding & marking or automation preferred). Strong expertise in ERP systems, forecasting, international logistics and export & import operations.
