Job Description

    Job Title: Deputy Manager Customer Advisory TeamBand: 5BLocation: GurgaonSupervising: JD DefinedKey Responsibilities:
    • Maximize Paid to Applied Business in collaboration with the Issuance/Underwriting team and Finance.
    • Manage the Centralized Welcome Calling process.
    • Reduce the discrepancy ratio.
    • Oversee WIP Management, ensuring actionable TAT and issuance TAT are met.
    • Handle Vendor Bill Management.
    • Manage Dashboards and Governance for field operations.
    • Coordinate between field operations and Head Office for fulfillment support.
    • Lead employee engagement initiatives for the CAT-ops team.
    Measures of Success:
    • Achieve Paid to Applied Business rate 92%.
    • Ensure 100% welcome calling for new business on time.
    • Maintain a channel discrepancy ratio of <5%.
    • Minimize business leakage to <5%.
    • Improve employee engagement score.
    Qualification & Experience:
    • A graduate in any discipline.
    • 5-7 years of experience in New Business.
    • Prior life insurance experience is preferred.
    Knowledge & Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Strong internal customer focus.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
