Job Description

Role:

The Head, design & build is responsible for overall success of all design & build corporate interior projects in the NCR region of India. Key aspects for success are ; Client satisfaction, P&L, profitability of projects, team responsibilities, new business acquisition from existing clients

Specific Responsibilities

  • P & L responsibility and drive improved profitability on projects & D&B division in the West
  • Leadership responsibilities towards the regional D&B team
  • Build and grow client relationships (Key account management & Contribute towards new sales pitches)
  • Overall responsible for the successful implementation of all the Design and build projects.
  • Implement and improve pre construction, project management & delivery processes across the business
  • Deliver projects on -time and with client satisfaction
  • Build a strong vendor partnerships to drive overall efficiency and pricing
  • Leverage relationships to generate new leads

Key requirements to succeed

  • Proven ability to provide vision and leadership with overall 12 years of experience in Design & Build of Interior fit out especially Office Interiors projects,
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading designs & builds interior fit -out projects especially office spaces.
  • Network of corporate clients and strong vendor partners in the West and North region of India
  • Proficiency in a client -facing business and execution role, managing clients pitches and winning new projects/ business.
  • Excellent presentation skills with relevant experience of working on Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects.
  • Strong technical understanding to develop a project from concept to execution.
  • A team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile
