DevOps EngineerExp- 9 to 12 yrsLocation- Haryana GurgaonNp- 15days to ImmediateRole and Responsibility of the JobWe are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Kubernetes to join our team.As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing our Kubernetes infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our platform.You will work closely with our development teams to design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure systems.Manage and maintain our Kubernetes infrastructure, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring.Design, deploy, and maintain data lake tools and infrastructure using technologies such as Cloudera, HDFS, Hive, Yarn, Spark , Zookeeper, Hudi, Trino, Ranger, RocksDB, Airflow, Nifi, TableauBuild and maintain automated pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and analysis.Continuously improve and optimize the data lake infrastructure to support the growing needs of the business.Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline the deployment process.Collaborate with development teams to design and implement scalable and reliable systems.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kubernetes and related technologies.Design and implement security policies and measures to ensure the security and privacy of our platform.Manage, configure and automate systems and services in AWS.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Kubernetes and related technologies and make recommendations for improvements.Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the team.Manage and monitor database systems to ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability, using technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databasesImplement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures for database systemsPerform database migrations, upgrades, and optimizations, as well as troubleshooting and performance tuningMentor and train junior team members on DevOps and database technologiesHands on knowledge of these DevOps tools Nexus, Jenkins, Helm, Kiali, Kafdrop, Jaeger, Sentry, Sonarqube, Grafana, Elastic, Kibana, Promethus, PerconaPartner with Senior Management to deliver an enablement roadmap.Monitor system health and reliability to improve & support business process requirements.Ensure cloud-based infrastructure is secure and efficient. Required Professional and Technical Expertise Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps engineering, with expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestrationMinimum of 5 years of experience in database administration, with expertise in managing MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databasesExperience with containerization and container orchestration technologies.Strong Knowledge of AWS cloudExcellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Tools(Nexus, Jenkins, Helm, Kiali, Kafdrop, Jaeger, Sentry, Sonarqube, Grafana, Elastic, Kibana, Promethus, Percona)Datalake(Cloudera, HDFS, Hive, Yarn, Spark , Zookeeper, Hudi, Trino, Ranger, RocksDB, Airflow, Nifi, Tableau)Database (MAriaDB, MongoDB, Pgpool, GreenPlum, Casandra, Redis/Sentinal)Capable of working in agile team with multiple technologies.You understand the importance of using metrics to influence product and technical decisions.You are an advocate for modern DevOps/SRE tools, best practices and culture.Systematic problem solving approach, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive.Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
