Job Description

    About the RoleDirector E-Sales will focus on defining and executing the sales strategy in India for Elseviers Clinical Solutions suite. They will research the needs of healthcare providers across India to meet their requirements for effective clinical workflow tools.Develop partnerships with broad customer groups including digital health providers to effectively bring these tools to identified relevant customer segments. The person needs to have significant experience and demonstrated success in sales management sales strategy and team managementResponsibilities Researching the needs of healthcare providers across India to meet their requirements for effective clinical workflow tools Developing partnerships with broad customer groups including digital health providers to effectively bring these tools to identified relevant customer segments Collaborating with APAC senior management, regional sales and marketing , strategy ,global product , commercial strategy teams will be required. Defining and executing the sales strategy in India for Elseviers Clinical Solutions suite. Defining the user experience and use cases, managing user testing, mapping out competitive landscape, monitoring industry trends, leading internationalization efforts of global solutions and customize solutions to deliver customer needs Demonstrating success in sales management and sales strategy; experience in the clinical information solutions and/or Health IT industry would be a distinct advantageRequirements Be an inclusive leadership style that inspires and motivates Have a Strong business acumen, analytical and quantitative skills Use your current and extensive proficiency with the Unity game engine and Unity development best practices. Degree in Science, Healthcare, and/or technology, such as medicine, Pharmaceutics, Medical Infomatics, Health Infomatics)/or MBA Have excellent interpersonal, facilitation and team building skills, working with senior management and cross-functional teams Experience working on technology, including knowledge of database systems and/or software development. Experience working in a Multi-national company environment, in a matrix structure, and in cross functional and cross cultural teams Able to identify Healthcare Market trends and shifts, and to change the business direction accordingly with strategic and tactical adjustmentsWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
