Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:As an e-commerce account manager, you will work with one of the worlds largest companies to guide their partners (sellers) to help them grow on the e-commerce marketplace in the US. You will be periodically assigned accounts and you will need to build a strong relationship with them and be the primary point of contact for them to help them grow existing business and expand into new areas.The role includes assisting sellers in setup, marketing activities, content management and profitability. You will have access to immense on-hand support from experts, regular training and strategic inputs to help you succeed in your role.Daily tasks will include helping sellers:
    • Add their products to the Marketplace
    • Improve the quality of the listings to increase visibility
    • Implement discounts to increase sales during promotions
    • Optimize their logistics and product lifecycle
    • Respond to concerns and assist in resolving any challenges
    • Keep in touch with sellers on a regular basis to build a strong relationship
    • Assist sellers with product selection and recommend top selling product types.
    • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring the successful achievement of business development objectives.
    Required Competencies:
    • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to engage with sellers.
    • Excel & Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce platforms.
    • Growth Strategy: Identify and apply strategies to boost seller success.
    • Account Management: Good understanding of e-commerce account management and business growth.
    • Problem-Solving: Spot opportunities and implement solutions.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong seller relationships.
    • Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate listings, promotions, and compliance.
    • Time Management: Take ownership and meet business goals.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 1- 2 years of experience in e-commerce account management, business development, or a related domain.
