    Job Description E-commerce ExecutiveRoles & Responsibilities Maintaining product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio,Jiomart, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, etc. Managing Pan Indias reputed E-commerce sellers.Handling the entire inventory, catalog accounts for Domestic clients, andbrand filtering accounts on various E-Commerce platforms.Proactively addressing all the areas of concern for the management andacting as a communication point between the support team and all the E-Commerceportals.Diligently providing daily and weekly sales activity report to the Sellers andmanagers.Conducting research and analyzing ways for keyword expansion, keywordresearch for online products.Ensuring great customer experience on all the product listings on all thecurrent online platforms.Properly understanding the clients entire business and solving all the relatedqueries on emails, chat, or phone.Requirements and skills:Good Communication skills in Hindi and EnglishAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.Basic skills in Microsoft Excel.Experience: 2-5 years of relevant work experience in E-commerce platforms. Experience in product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio andjio mart, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, etc.Experience in cataloging, Brand approval, Return management, orderprocessing, safety claims, etc on various E-Commerce platforms.Experience in seller and buyer grievances on various E-Commerce portals.Running, managing, and optimizing ads to achieve desired ROAS/ROI.Cataloging in coordination with the agencys content team for images andattributes.
