    E-commerce Head - Internet/Electronics (8+ years) Industry - Consumer DurablesClient DetailsOur client is an international organization of repute with their business spread across the world. The are the world leaders in electronics with their global edge tech strategy; they also have a strong presence in the market, having been here for decades as one of the first electronics majors to occupy market share. They are looking for an able e-commerce leader to lead the team from the front in terms of strategy and execution.Description :The incumbent would report into the Director for Alternate Channels and be responsible for :- Engagement & business partnerships with key e-commerce marketplaces on various business initiatives including exclusive product launches- Develop strategic thinking towards developing the online space- channel margins, supply structure and monthly demand plan- Leverage cross-selling opportunities between Modern Trade and e-commerce- Establish GTM models with customer segmentation on the basis of SOP, MOQ, etc.- Leverage innovation to come up with new ideas/plans to innovate for different GTM models- Align with the e-commerce partners and prepare a Joint Business Plan approach with Tier1 customers- Develop Joint Account Plans with Online Accounts to ensure Sales growth- Drive and enable exclusive launches & marketing campaign integration- Establish working relationships with e-Commerce partners, improving content on partner platforms, designing Terms of Trade & initiation of a joint activity calendar for businesses- Understand the Key Business Drivers for this channel and manage channel forecastsProfile :The successful candidate should : - Have 8+ years of experience in the e-commerce function- A combination of market place experience and brand experience would be great- Should be an MBA from a reputed B-schoolJob Offer :- The opportunity to grow with one of the largest electronics companies in the world,
