Dear Candidates,We are looking Male Candidates for the profile of Sr Associate ( Stock Distribution )Location - Gurgaon Sec - 67.Experience - Min 4 to 5 Years.Salary - 5 to 7LPA.Working Days - 5 Days Working.Responsibilities:Multi-Brand Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day Quick-commerce distribution operations for multiple brands, ensuring efficient order picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing across various channels.Channel Optimization: Adapt and optimize distribution processes for different Quick Commerce platforms (e.g., Blink it, Instamart, Zepto etc.) and direct-to-consumer channels, considering their unique requirements and performance metrics.Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, improve order accuracy, and scale operations across multiple brands.Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including: RIS Stock - Level: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.Returns - Controllable: Reduce controllable return rates through process improvements and quality control measures.OOS Loss: Reduce lost sales due to out-of-stock situations.Channel Rejection: Minimize order rejections from various eCommerce channels.Fill Rate: Maximize the percentage of orders fulfilled completely and on time.Dispatch TAT (Turnaround Time): Minimize the time taken to dispatch orders after they are received.Delivery TAT: Minimize the time taken for orders to be delivered to customers.Appointment TAT: Minimize the time taken to secure delivery appointments with customers where applicable.Prepare regular reports on distribution performance, highlighting key trends, challenges, and opportunities, with a focus on the above KPIs.Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping carriers, 3PL providers, and other vendors, negotiating favourable rates and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of orders. Focus on optimizing vendor performance to improve Delivery TAT and reduce Controllable Returns and Commissions.Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of associates, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture that aligns with Powerhouse91s values. Develop team skills to improve performance against key KPIs.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 5 years of experience in Quick Commerce distribution, order fulfilment, or warehouse operations, with a proven track record of managing operations for multiple brands or product lines, preferably in the Indian consumer goods market. Experience directly managing and improving upon the KPIs listed above is highly desirable. Skills:In-depth understanding of the Indian Quick Commerce landscape and the logistics challenges specific to various online marketplaces.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data to improve KPIs such as RIS Stock Levels, Storage Costs, Fill Rate, Dispatch TAT, Delivery TAT, and reduce Controllable Returns.Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in handling operations & logistics for Quick Commerce Channels such as Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, etc.Experience managing budgets and implementing cost-saving initiatives w.r.t quick commerce deliveries.Familiarity with automation technologies such as google sheets.Interested Candidates please call at this number hidden_mobile.And Whats app at hidden_mobile.Thank You,Warm RegardsShaliniMvs Recruitments
