Job Description

    Vulture Innovation Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in the design and development of electrical panels for Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and other wastewater management systems. This role requires expertise in designing a wide range of panels, including but not limited to Power Control Centers (PCC), Motor Control Centers (MCC), and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)-based panels, as well as panels integrating Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). Responsibilities & duties: Design and develop electrical panels such as Power Control Centers (PCC), Motor Control Centers (MCC), Distribution Boards, PLC-based panels, and panels with VFD integration. Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD) to represent power distribution and control systems for water and wastewater treatment plants. Generate detailed P&ID drawings highlighting the integration of electrical components with instruments and process equipment. Develop and manage detailed BOMs for electrical components, including transformers, circuit breakers, relays, control switches, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and cables. Optimize material selection to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality and compliance. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including process, civil, and mechanical engineers, to align electrical designs with project requirements. Provide training and technical support to clients and on-site teams to ensure smooth operations of electrical systems. Experience with electrical load calculations and power distribution design. Skills/attributes required: Proficiency in designing PCC, MCC, PLC-based panels, and VFD-integrated panels. Familiarity with electrical design software like AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing SLDs, BOMs, and P&IDs. Advanced knowledge of PLC programming (ladder logic, HMI, SCADA) and VFD configuration. Familiarity with process instrumentation and electrical interface requirements. Understanding of load calculations, power distribution, and motor sizing. Qualifications/experience required: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on All type of LT Electrical panel design, manufacturing, and AutoCAD and other software Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based increments.
