Responsible to Execute the SOP of the processes in consultation of MMs.Responsible for Assembly line and executing production related tasks in planning, control and trouble shooting.Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production related machines. Implementation of 5S, KAIZEN & Continuous Improvement related to cost, Quality, Moral, Safety and related Processes. Responsible for documentation of Assembly shop work related documents like (Skill Matrix, Loss time Calculation, OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) , Daily rejection status, daily overtime status.To ensure quality on line & Provide on line training for any customer near miss defect, Material handling, Line Feeding, MARU A Defect s.To optimize the productivity by various methods: By continual Improvements, Optimum utilization of all the resources 4Ms (Man, Machine, Material, Method, ) .Responsible for Making Daily Production plan according to Customer requirement & Meeting daily production targets.Responsible for Line balancing for new line &Existing production line.Responsible for suggestion and Kaizen activities. Organizing quality circles in department. Examine the needs for training and provide on the job training to departmental personnel. Troubleshooting and solving technical problems. Handling skilled manpower and administration of shop floor. Analysis of daily tool consumption and generation of production reports. Preserving discipline according to safety rules. Ensure minimum inventory of BOP`S, Spare parts for regular production.Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents and technical procedures. Ability to generate production information and respond to questions from customers, managers and employees.Computer literacy well versed with SAP/ ERP, MS Office, Internet and e mail etc.Positive attitude with goal oriented approach.Interpersonal skills & teamwork.Salary 3 Lac To 4 Lac P.A.
