Responsibilities: Results- based quality delivery of Risk Management solutions and services Manage multiple client projects and multiple project teams (medium to large scale engagements) Organize and manage quality review of risk project operations delivery Co- develop and establish Profisor People, ProcessOperations Consulting standards Manage team performance reviews, expansion and progression planning and People reporting Counsel and develop People and manage talent identification and hiring Lead thought leadership articlespoint of viewsand business development initiatives Minimum Knowledge, SkillsAbilities Required: 10+ years of experience across Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industries Risk Management SME capable of designing and delivering risk consulting solutions and services Comprehensive knowledge of risk appetite definition, governance model, risk function operating models, riskcontrol self- assessments, risk indicator design, analysisreporting and riskloss data management for risk capital evaluation (Basel, COSO frameworks and risk management approaches) Outstanding understanding of risk management capabilities and maturity assessment standards Data driven and highly analytical with working knowledge of rules, compliance standards and ever- evolving regulatory environment (including Dodd- Frank, Consumer Protection Act, CFPB, TCF, FCA s Conduct Risk agenda, RBI sSEBI s prudential regulatory requirements and other relevant rules) Excellent communication (both written and vocal), problem solving and presentation skills Good human relations and interpersonal skills necessary to manage a group of people Additional Knowledge, SkillsAbilities: Process improvement and business transformation knowledge Hands- on with Lean, Six Sigma and Agile delivery techniques Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality of internal and external customer information Desirable Knowledge, SkillsAbilities: Chartered Accountant or Master s degree or equivalent professional certification in related field of study Management experience in Risk Consulting or Risk Advisory or AuditAssurance practice setup,
