Job Description

    Role & responsibilities
    • Handle customer queries throughvoice and/or chat(Domestic & International)
    • Provide accurate information and resolve issues professionally
    • For tech support: Offertroubleshooting assistancefor technical concerns
    • For telesales: Makeoutbound sales callsand pitch relevant products/services
    • Maintain records of interactions and follow internal process guidelines
    • Communicate clearly inEnglish(andHindifor domestic roles)
    • Work inrotational shiftswith a strong focus on customer satisfaction
    Preferred candidate profile
    • Hiring for international chat voice tech support with minimum 6 months BPO and troubleshooting experience.
    • And also hiring for International/Domestic voice process.
    • International voice support position requiring prior BPO experience and excellent English communication skills.
    • Domestic customer support position for freshers and experienced candidates with strong Hindi and English skills.
    • Hiring telesales professionals with minimum 1 year of sales experience and strong communication skills.
    Shift Details:
    • Rotational shifts (including night shifts for 24/7 support)
    • Rotational weekly offs
    • 5 or 6 days working based on process
    • Female shift timing: 7 AM 8 PM window
