Function Procurement Pay Band E4 to M2 Role As the EXEC. CAPACITY PLANNING & SUPPLIER DVLP you will be part of the Procurement function and will report to the SEC.HEAD-CAPACITY PLNG&SUPPLIER MGMTThe purpose of your role will be to To formulate, implement & review strategies & tactics activities for up -gradation of suppliers & ensuring timely development of new parts during new model & achieve quality & development targets in line with define cost, quality & timeline standards. A purpose driven role for you Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:1)Planning and Executing activities for timely development of new model parts for flawless launch of model.2)Identify & deploy activities for QCD improvement in supplies3)Implementation & Review of quality up gradation activities of suppliers4)Timely Implementation of the mass production ECN A Day in the life 1. Improving & consistently maintaining the quality of parts despite focus of the supplier organisation on cost reduction.2. Changing the mind-set & culture of some supplier for quality as currently the focus is on production and meeting the demand with compromise in quality parameter.
