Job Description

    Job descriptionRole & responsibilities
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence within agreed timeline.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, notes & minutes of the meetings.
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
    • Ensure smooth office functioning and availability of infrastructure.
    • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and ensure efficiency.
    • Organize and maintain personnel records.
    • Working with cross functional teams as and when required and visiting clients with CEO.
    • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges.
    • Ensure adherence to project budgets and resource allocation.
    • Facilitation of internal & external workshops, sessions & conferences
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support change efforts.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to executives, providing insights and recommendations on organizational matters.
    Preferred candidate profile
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate environment.
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and rational skills.
    • Strong command of Microsoft Office especially Outlook and PowerPoint.
    • A dynamic and young mind.
