Job Description

    • Calendar Management: Manage calendars for top management, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and arranging travel itineraries.
    • Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, screen phone calls, emails, and mail, and prioritize correspondence for timely response.
    • Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations, and ensure all necessary resources are available for productive meetings. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
    • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas, and provide detailed itineraries to top management.
    • Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for top management review and approval.
    • Database Management: Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
    • Expense Management: Process expense reports, reconcile receipts, and track expenses for reimbursement in compliance with company policies.
    • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
