The company offers Digital Solutions, Cloud Environment Management, Cybersecurity, Cloud Data Management, Hyperautomation and more.The Role:Executive Assistant to the CEOKey Responsibilities:Calendar Management: Effectively manage the CEOs calendar, ensuring optimal time utilization by scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events.Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for internal and external meetings; take minutes and follow up on action items as requiredTravel Arrangements: Plan and manage domestic and international travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations using Word and Excel.Administrative Tasks: Handle expense reports, monitor emails, and address day-to-day operational needs.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all interactionsSkills Required:Excellent English (Both oral and written).Proficient in MS office tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Qualifications & Experience:4 Years experience
