Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION BENCH SALES 1. Minimum 2+, years of experience in US IT Bench Sales 2. Posting/ submitting their resumes on various job boards/ requirements and finding requirements for 3. Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portal. 4. Checking with the consultants comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modifications required to improve their chances of short listing for the job positions applied. 5. Working directly with end clients requirements like Tier 1 Vendors/ Implementation partners. 6. Having Direct Contacts with the T1 Vendors or Implementation Partners and generating new 7. Interacting, developing Tier- 1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network daily basis to get the Bench candidates placed in minimal turnaround time. 8. Experience in working with different job portals like DICE, Monster, Corp to Corp, Corp to Hire, Career 9. Must be willing to work independently and also as team leads when needed. 10. Excellent communication skills. 11. Experience in marketing for IT OPT/ CPT, Green Cards, EADs, H1B. Responsible for the procurement and placement of IT consultants Full life- cycle recruiting process from initial candidate contact through successful placement of Develop long term relationships and keep current with candidates. Must be consistent in preparing & submitting daily/ weekly reports to management. High- energy individual with strong knowledge in the technical recruiting industry.
