Description Job Description for Executive Media Operations Job Location: Gurgaon Overview of job You will be working closely with the Account Management and Trading team and supporting them. Responsibilities of the role: Translate Media plan into Salesforce Line Items Work closely with the Billing, Finance, and Vendor team to ensure smooth RO creation Maintain Campaign Life Cycle Trackers Assist the Client Services team in understanding and conveying Operational aspects of campaign delivery, performance, and monitoring Provide periodi c reports and Dashboards to the stakeholders Help to advise/ consult with internal departments regarding advertising inventory, availability forecasting, campaign performance and sell- thru reporting. Assist in preparing audience & wrap up documents along with the Analytics and Account Management team Measures of success: In three months: Gain an in- depth understanding of the programmatic landscape Be trained on the various platforms and tools Contribute to the day- to- day operations of the team and take ownership of Campaign Initiations In six months: Manage and be responsible for all campaigns from start to completion Master all aspects of the business including Billing Reporting and I nsights as part of the overall campaign execution. In twelve months: Be responsible and confidently manage campaigns of all Salesforce activities Be a trusted team member and support all activity Test, learn, share, and seek different optimization tactics and knowledge share with the wider trading team What you will need: Bachelor Degree Required (Bachelor s degree in a quantitative field like Mathematics, Economics, Statistics preferred) Excellence in MS Excel 2 - 4 years of experience in Ad Operations Experience in a quantitative field, including: a DSP or SSP/ exchange with advanced analytics and optimization capabilities Ideal candidate will have hands on experience working with Trading Desks, RTB media (DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, Google Display Network, or in- house ad- network tools) Sound understanding of ad- server or ad- operations technologies (e. g. , Doubleclick ) Experience with SalesForce will be preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills and the ability to adjust to the personalities of various partners Skills we are looking for: Salesforce Experience (Preferred) Creative Management Pixel Management About Mindshare Mindshare, the global media agency network, and part of WPP, the largest marketing communications network in the world, has more than 7, 000 employees, in 116 offices across 86 countries.
