Job Description

Designation: Executive, Quality Control

Experience: 2-5 years

About the role:

In this role, you will be interacting majorly with internal external customers. This is a very high demanding role with clear expectation of scalability. You are expected to be highly proactive and capable of taking decisions in an ambiguous environment. The role demands you to be analytical in your approaches decisions. You are a thorough professional who is positive towards life in general and enjoys learning from the experiences. For this position, we are seeking an experienced, dedicated Quality Control Technician to join our team. In this position, he will maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, finished products and recording the results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Experience in a Multi-stakeholder environment
  • Good knowledge of Packaging Industry. Being a student of packaging is a plus
  • Have worked on cost optimization and cost-benefit project
  • good knowledge of quality implementation and conducting audits
  • You are people manager who works closely with the team
  • Manage Partner Sellers across the region. Proven knowledge of vendor management is a plus
  • Plan QC operations as per the Matrix provided. Plan audit charter and circulate the report post audit
  • An initiator is highly recommended in an environment which is very demanding
  • Work on the implementation of 5S Kaizen on all Partner locations
  • Provide clear actionable to the Partner and the teams in order to achieve the targets
  • Work on ambitious time-bound actionable and provide improvements
  • Hold daily meetings with your stakeholders to understand barriers to success and lead quality initiatives to revamp processes and eliminate operational blockers

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Operations/Packaging Industrial engineering in the E-commerce/Retail/Supply chain domains
  • A degree in Packaging/Supply chain Management along with an interesting personality
  • Past experience in executing cross-functional improvement projects with measurable and sustainable impact
  • A really ambitious and driven individual who does not like the words no cannot be done
  • Proficient in Excel Power-point
  • Freshers with outstanding academic records relevant internship projects are open for consideration
