Job Description

    Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for last mile operations of the DC/branch.
      1. Take care of stock received and stock outward.
    • Tracking & maintaining data for daily shipments.
    • Responsible to arrange maximum deliveries within TAT. Also, decreasing aging of the shipments.
    • Need to minimize the TAT failure and ensuring process are followed to minimalize loses at Service center.
    • Ensures quality check of all shipments/bags and ensure zero missing shipments with value and count.
    • Preparation of various MIS reports like Inbound, outbound, RTO and aging reports.
    • Monitor the NDR/RTO and finding solutions for reducing monthly NDR & RTO %
    • Maintaining the service center workplace with dignity and ensuring clean work place policies.
