Job Description

Our client is a leading American multinational in the appliance industry in India , with 3 manufacturing locations , 18 sales and service branch offices and corporate HO in Gurgaon. It currently competes in 4 categories: Refrigerators , Washing Machines , ACs and Microwaves and is aggressively planning to diversify into other categories. The current turnover of the company in India close to Rs. 3000 crores.Key Result Areas Implement the Key Processes that brings in more financial visibility to the organizations. For ex: COPA Implementation , Product Costing , Material Ledger etc.Implement the Processes that were influenced by the legal requirements i.e. AP , AR , Asset Accounting , GL Accounting and Bank AccountingLeverage the Best Business Practices that brings in more financial visibility to the respective country level managers.Adhere to the Global Standards and rolling out the global financial solutions in the specific time frame.Communicate SAP capabilities / possibilities within PP module.Customize SAP functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design.Generating the Training Documentation on the FICO Key Processes.Participation in Future SAP Rollouts.Would be available for travel in reasonable notice period.Should be flexible in owning work assignments.Possess good attitude to learn and adopt to the new technologies as per the organizational requirements.Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas to ensure successful implementation and support project efforts.Foster and maintain good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels.Detailed project planning / monitoring the project progress.Flexible to work in China timezone to support Asia North regionExperience i) 5 to 7 Years of SAP FICO implementation experience( 1-2 implementations).) Cross cultural experience preferred with Business teamsiii) Comprehensive understanding of SAP s customizing toolset , including IMG (Implementation Management Guide).iv) SAP configuration & Functional skills in FICO Module Strong understanding on Financial account concepts , General ledger accounting , Legal consolidation , AR , AP , Bank accounting , asset accounting , Cost element accounting , Cost center accounting , Internal orders , product cost controlling , COPA (profitability analysis) etc v) BIW / BPS experience preferred.vi) Hands on Bank interfaces , Electronic bank statement.vii) Good knowledge of integration of FICO with other modules like SD , MM and PPviii) Expertise on CIN Module preferred.Personal Attributes Strong communication skillsAbility to influenceCommitment towards processesStrong Interpersonal skillsStrong belief and conviction in the face of stressOrientation towards end consumer employeeWillingness to travel overseas on short assignments,
