    • Inform candidates about the training program.
    • End to end follow up with the candidate.
    • Collecting and Maintaining the Database of the Candidates.
    • Travel to Mobilize Candidates in Rural Areas.
    • Conducting Mobilization activity in and around the mentioned location for candidates to be trained and placed in different trades/sectors.
    • Should have Good Convincing Skills
    • Should Be Very Energetic to Go On Field
    • Counseling Candidates So that They Enroll Themselves in the Program and Continue Until the End of the Program.
    • Frequent Follow-up with Students and Parents.
    Education &Experience:
    • Graduates
    • Minimum 0 to 2 years experience
    Skills:
    • Supports workplace diversity & drive for results.
    • Ability to speak and listen well in local and national language.
    • Well motivated, know internet skills.
    • Positive Attitude.
    • Should be good in time management.
