Please find the Job Description below.Position:Finance & Accounts ManagerLocation:Sec-37 Gurgaon, HaryanaEmployment Type:Full-timeReporting To:Managing DirectorRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance & Accounts professional (CA / CA Inter / Experienced Accountant)to manage overall accounting, taxation, compliance, and banking activities of the organization. The role also includes handlingpersonal financial matters of the Managing Directors family. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, compliance knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a growing organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Compliance
    • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timelybook-keeping in ERP (SAP B1 or similar).
    • Prepare and finalizeFinancial Statements Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow.
    • Ensure timely filing ofGST Returns, TDS Returns and other statutory compliances.
    • Coordinate withexternal auditorsfor statutory, internal, and tax audits.
    • Handleexport-import documentation, FEMA/RBI compliance and banking norms.
    • PrepareMIS reportsfor management review and decision making.
    Taxation & Regulatory
    • Ensure accurateTDS calculation, deduction and deposit.
    • PerformGST reconciliationand handle notices / departmental queries.
    • Managedirect & indirect taxation mattersin compliance with applicable laws.
    Banking & Treasury
    • Liaise with banks forLC / BG documentation, forex transactions and import-export banking.
    • Monitorfund flow, vendor payments and bank reconciliations.
    Personal Accounts (MD & Family)
    • Maintainpersonal books of accounts, investments and tax returnsof the MDs family.
    • Ensure timelyfinancial compliance, payments and record maintenance.
    Candidate ProfileQualification:
    • Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA Inter / M.Com
    • Candidates with strong accounting & taxation exposure will also be considered.
    Experience:
    • 4-8 years inAccounting, GST, TDS, Taxation & Audit Coordination.
    • Hands-on experience inERP systems (SAP B1 preferred).
    • Exposure toExport-Import processes and banking complianceis essential.
    Age Group:33 40 YearsRequired Skills
    • Strong knowledge ofAccounting Principles & Indian Taxation Laws.
    • Expertise inFinancial Statement Preparation & Analysis.
    • Ability to work independently and coordinate withauditors, vendors and banks.
    • Goodcommunication, reporting and analytical skills.
    • High level ofintegrity, ownership and confidentiality.
    • Team player with flexibility to work in asmall organizational setup.
