Manage the companys finances and ensure financial reporting, compliance, and accounting, MIS reporting etc with respect to domestic and global compliance2. Manage the companys funding-related financial documentation, diligence, and coordination with internal and external teams.3. Structuring and owning the internal finance team at each stage of the companies growth4. Be responsible for Business and strategy planning and Global entity structuring5. Work on Cap Table management6. Work with the senior leadership teams to manage and control financial metrics efficiently within the organization.7. Ensure legal and licensing compliance with periodic scanning of business models.8. Manage Finance and accounts globally9. Management of ESOPs and issuance10. Partner, and work closely with banks / financial institutions to support business milestones.11. Provide frameworks for and streamlining of operational and legal functions across the firm.12. Treasury Management13. Revenue & Deferred Revenue recognitionREQUIREMENTS :- 6 - 8 years of experience in the Finance Controller role- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills- Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management.- Thorough knowledge of Fundraising- Knowledge of global payroll process- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilitiesIDEAL :- Experience with the start-up- CA certification is essential, and a Masters degree in Finance is preferred- Entrepreneurial at heart and likes to take ownershipBelow are some of the points to be considered for Finance Controller Roles.1.
