• Monitor plant costs, product costing, inventory valuation, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable business insights.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, GST, and tax requirements.
• Manage working capital, cash flow forecasting, and capital expenditure tracking.
• Drive financial controls, internal audits, risk management, and process improvements.
• Analyze production costs, operational KPIs, and margin performance.
• Support business strategy through financial modelling and investment analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.
• Strengthen ERP-based financial reporting and digital finance initiatives.
