Description We are looking for a versatile & experienced finance professional who shall develop and manage our company financial reporting systems and , to help meet or exceed corporate goals in real - time financial and KPI reporting. The Finance Tech Lead will collaborate with the Global Finance Team and Planning & Reporting Team to develop the Real time Financial and KPI Reporting System. Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of KPIs and a natural flair for using technology in creating MIS Dashboards for reporting. Must have a strong background in corporate financial management , commercial acumen , analytical skills to spearhead the finance function and a strong desire to become a part of a dynamic team.Why We Need This Role We are looking for a financial professional to develop and manage a Real Time Financial and KPI Reporting Dashboard and help develop a system to constantly compare actual results with Business Plan to detect variances in a timely manner and facilitate corrective actions. The Finance Tech Lead shall have to work in close coordination with the global finance team spread across India and the US. The Finance Tech Lead shall have a solid line reporting to the Group Finance Head and dotted line reporting to the Director of Financial Growth and the CEO. Understand the strategic business goals of the Organization and its stakeholders. Develop an Interactive and Analytical Dashboard / Management Information System ( MIS ) capable of providing a reliable and accurate periodic financial and KPI reporting. Act as the primary support person for the MIS systemFirst Six Month Deliverables Integrate the Interactive and Analytical Dash Board / MIS fully with various platforms like Builder 360 , Builder Hive , Zoho , Xero , Fathom , Visible , Tableau etc. to provide Real time Financial & KPI Reports. Customize the various Reports required by stakeholders.,
