Job Description

    Job Title: Finance Manager (FP&A) Location: Gurgaon Company: PeopleStrong Technologies We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager (FP&A) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving critical financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to support strategic decision-making and ensure effective budget management.     • Management Information Systems (MIS) & Analytics: Prepare and analyze regular financial reports and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
    • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals.
    • Data Crunching & Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and key performance indicators to guide business decisions.
    • Communication with Internal Stakeholders: Effectively communicate financial results, trends, and forecasts with internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on financial objectives.
    • Microsoft Excel Expertise: Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain complex financial models, reports, and dashboards.
    • Strategic Support: Provide ongoing support to senior management with financial insights to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in FP&A, finance management, or a related role.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling, etc.).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
