If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and have a basic understanding of financial products, this is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in the financial services industry.Key Responsibilities
    • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
    • Explain the companys financial products and services to clients.
    • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the Relationship Management team.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
    • Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
    • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on leads.
    • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
    Eligibility
    • Any Graduate (B.Com preferred).
    • Freshers are welcome to apply.
    • Internship or prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Client Handling will be an added advantage.
    • Basic knowledge of financial products such as Mutual Funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), Securities, Investments, and Financial Markets is preferred.
    Skills Required
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
    • Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
    • Presentable and professional personality.
    • Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to build rapport and communicate confidently over the phone.
    • Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
