The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in handling EPABX systems.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Front Desk Operations: greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors professionally and courteously.
    2. Call Management: Manage incoming calls and direct them efficiently to appropriate departments or individuals.
    3. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries related to products, orders, and services, providing helpful information.
    4. Mail Handling: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers, ensuring timely distribution to relevant departments.
    5. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for senior management and staff.
    6. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
    7. Inventory Oversight: Manage office supplies and ensure essential items like stationery and packaging materials are well-stocked.
    8. Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and ensure adherence to security policies.
    9. Showroom Coordination: Help prepare the showroom for buyer visits or presentations, ensuring it is organized and well-stocked with product samples.
    10. Data Entry: Update and maintain customer and vendor contact details in the company database.
    11. Departmental Coordination: Serve as a liaison between departments (e.g., production, design, sales) to facilitate smooth communication.
    12. Event Support: Assist in organizing company events such as product launches, sales meetings, and trade shows.
    13. Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel and accommodations for staff and executives attending industry events or client meetings.
    14. Vendor Interaction: Communicate with vendors regarding deliveries, order statuses, and related issues to ensure smooth operations.
    15. Company Culture Ambassador: Maintain a positive and welcoming environment in the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and a friendly atmosphere.
