Job Description

    This role is for one of the Weekdays clientsWe are looking for a talented and passionate Frontend Developer with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React.js and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of modern frontend development practices. You will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable web applications.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop, maintain, and enhance React.js applications with clean and efficient code.
    • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
    • Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness.
    • Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code.
    • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.
    • Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high performance across different browsers and devices.
    • Stay updated with the latest React.js and JavaScript trends and best practices.
    • Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality development standards.
    • Work closely with designers, product managers, and other team members to create seamless user experiences.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in React.js and JavaScript development.
    • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6).
    • Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
    • Proficiency in responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
    • Knowledge of front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.
    • Experience with version control systems like Git and GitHub/GitLab.
    • Familiarity with modern UI frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, or Bootstrap.
    • Understanding of performance optimization techniques and best practices.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
    Nice-to-Have Skills:
    • Experience with TypeScript.
    • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
    • Exposure to GraphQL and WebSockets.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
