  • Building relationship with team to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Handling all sales & marketing strategies from prospecting to closing the deal.
  • Handling sales at sales and site offices and meeting customers personally so as to explain the project in detail and convince them to purchase .
  • Relationship management with existing as well as new client for enhancing business in order to have a referral sales back up through per & post sales.
  • Have to take care all over branch .
  • Research on all real estate products available for promotion.
  • Creating Leads & closures for Real Estate Properties, Source Developers for Capital Advisory, Fund Raising in PMS, and other related products
  • Support Research Head in Research of micro market for Fund and HFC transactions
  • Meet venues across the city and share value proposition.
  • Work with area heads and city head to bring in partner venues on board at the right terms.
  • Negotiate with venue owners to agree on terms.
