Job Description

    Brief on Client : A leading Indian Company in Consumer Facing Sector based Gurgaon. Client has PAN India presence. This includes Region / branch office, Manufacturing units and Warehouse. Candidate Qualities: - We are looking for a Strong Professional to Head the HR Dept. - Candidate must be a strong leader, excellent with inter-personal skills, and a decision maker. - People oriented HR Professional who has scale and ability to partner with Business leaders.- Experience in strategic planning.- A data driven mindset. Industry Preference to Hire - Candidate from Retail oriented organization (QSR, Fashion Retail, Electronic, Jewelry, Sports, Consumer Goods / Durable which has retail showroom etc). Brief on Position : HR Head (No 1 position for HR function)Office is operational now with 100% capacity. No work from home.Alternative Saturday Working.Headcount - 2500+ (On Roll + Off Roll) - Head Office, Regional Offices, Manufacturing Plants and Warehouse. Major KPIs: - Role required to work closely with various business heads / Dept Heads. Scale up organization with best HR Process and Practices. - Can do multi-HR roles, should not restrict to a particular task. Go getter and can take initiatives. Candidate is expected to take ownership of HR Process, HR agenda from the front and work on multiple HR initiatives etc.- To create & drive the entire culture that is aligned with the business strategy.- To design & execute the HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational performance management and training & development.- Candidate must be well adopted with HR Transformation & Change management. - Driving key HR Processes: Championing HR systems for Talent Management, related to Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition. - Facilitate and follow up for KRA setting for the review year, review all KRAs and check for alignment with functional KRAs, communicate to functional heads, initiate the assessment process.- To represent the management on statutory matters & ensures Compliance to all statutory requirements as per law.This job opening was posted long time back.
