Job Description

    Job Title: German Language Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Gurgaon, IndiaJob Type: Full-time, PermanentWorking Days: 5 days a weekSalary upto 8 LPAWe are currently seeking a skilled and proficient German Language Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. As a representative for our reputed travel industry brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through voice, chat, and email channels in a blended environment. This role requires fluency in both German and English, with a minimum B2 certification in German.Key Responsibilities:1. Multichannel Customer Support: - Provide excellent customer service through voice, chat, and email channels. - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues related to travel services.2. Language Proficiency: - Demonstrate proficiency in the German language (minimum B2 certification) to effectively communicate with German-speaking customers. - Maintain excellent communication skills in English for internal coordination and documentation.3. Product and Process Knowledge: - Acquire in-depth knowledge of our travel industry brand, services, and processes. - Stay updated on travel industry trends and updates.4. Problem Resolution: - Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with other teams to ensure comprehensive issue resolution.5. Documentation: - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Document customer feedback and recurring issues for process improvement.6. Team Collaboration: - Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.7.
