Job Description

CRITERIADETAILSEducation Background

  • Bachelors/master s degree in design or a related field
  • Familiarity with design software, video editing software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Expertise with digital media production software, e.g., Techsmith Camtasia, Articulate Storyline (will be preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint), Photoshop and HTML
  • Persons with experience in e-learning or Edtech industry will be preferred.

Key Competencies
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Visualize/develop/edit illustrations, logos, layouts and images
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Shape the visual aspects of presentations, books and videos
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Must be able to work on inbound activities such as videos about the courses, educational videos, marketing videos and so on.
  • Must be able to design graphics that should convey the message, interact with Subject Matter Experts and Instructional Designers for necessary approvals
  • Alter, manipulate or recreate images / PSD files using image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop)
  • Create web graphics and HTML documents
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Rejection handling, attention to detail, dead-line oriented, creativity and flexibility
