Job Description

    • Creating graphic and layouts using design software
    • Testing graphics across various media
    Job briefWe are looking for a Senior Graphic / Video Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including brochures, report, flyer, hoarding, banners, Ad, HTML mailer, presentation, Map creating and videos.Ultimately, you will ensure the design promotes our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.Responsibilities
    • Brochures, report, flyer, hoarding, banners, Ad, HTML mailer, presentation, Map creating and video
    • Increase user friendliness in digital products
    • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
    • Report to marketing and ensure design deadlines are met
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
    • Study design briefs and determine requirements
    • Schedule projects between Multiple job
    • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
    • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
    • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
    • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
    • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
    • Test graphics across various media
    • Amend designs after feedback
    • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
    • Create design ideas, flow and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
    • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
    Additional InformationRequirements
    • Proven graphic designing experience
    • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
    Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, CorelDraw & Microsoft-Power point, word and excel )
    • Solid experience in creating brochures, report, flyer, hoarding, banners, Ad, HTML mailer, presentation and videos
    • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
    • Attention to visual details
    • Portfolio of completed design projects
    • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
    • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
    • Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
    Skills:
    • Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
    • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines with Team
    • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques.
