This role will focus on providing subject matter expertise on IT Infrastructure related solutions in proposals. Job Description We are seeking a passionate candidate, who is result orientated, sound knowledge of IT services, with either a proven track record of technical writing in federal government or commercial proposals. Consultant is expected to envisage and write technical solution content for proposals /RFPs in to Infrastructure and Managed Services domain. The RFPs scope varies in the context of IT Infrastructure services. Job Description / Key Responsibilities To respond to RFP /RFI documents To understand the technical requirements and respond to each section with a solution approach or roadmap Provide response which showcase how the solution meets the requirements and how the vendor is capable to address the requirements for the client To write technical approach content for proposals (for ex: writing a generic solution roadmap for any IT service) To coordinate with client and stakeholders for inputs required Proofread and format documents A live example to your role: You received an RFP for Network Management from our team for the end client which is government. The scope may include end to end network management, asking the vendor to demonstrate capabilities and approach in design, install, operate and monitor of network. In your capacity, you will analyse address each section and sub -section requirements by creation solution diagrams and writing a comprehensive solution content as a roadmap that showcase how the vendors approach address each of the requirement. Typically, you will start with writing our understanding of the requirements followed by our specific solution approach. Your role ends by submitting a technical comprehensive writeup for the proposal and require technical discussions with clients in calls to explain the designed solution. Key Requirements Key Requirements 5+ years of experience in technical writing or in bid management MBA, ITIL is an added advantage Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Network Management, Virtualization or Data Centre, ITIL solutions is must Experience working with the government proposals is an added advantage High level of commitment and flexibility (Timely delivery is must) Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ,
