Disciplinary control of all security manpower Training of security for firefighting / record management / general conduct Carry out internal and external patrols day and night to ensure a safe and secure environment, report potential breaches of security or unusual occurrences in the daily occurrence book and ensure corrective action Preparing reports, MIS & other documents on Security Preparing security/ safety manual and policies & implementing security policies procedure and security operations in all plants Sound knowledge of fire and safety As part of the team undertake regular testing of fire alarms, extinguishers and other security by mock drills Equipment, completing the appropriate logs, and notifying the security supervisor or head of operations of any issues of malfunctioning equipment Guide and support to secure premises and personnel by monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry Conduct periodic safety mock drills Liaison with local police authorities and village panchayats / key people To ensure that visitor register, movement register, material register should be maintained in each plant and corporate To ensure each plants should have proper documentation / system of the closing & opening of the plants To maintain proper record of surprise checking of each plants To develop, implement & monitor safety program & procedures To have intelligence network and update management Salary 15 Lac To 20 Lac P.A.
