Job Description

    Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities :- Work with the data team and cross functional teams to identify growth opportunities for creators- Strategize and execute growth marketing initiatives at scale using techniques of database marketing and CRM marketing. These are largely organic campaigns and growth hacking approach is preferred: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion; the campaign will be delivered to existing Instagram creators through channels like email and in-product placements- Have a desire to test and learn; be well versed in A-B testing methodologies and incrementality analysis- Investigate and test new channels to create cohorts and manage them at scale- Be flexible and optimize channels on the fly based on performance while keeping test design intact- Partner with our Analytics team to measure the impact of each campaign and develop ways to scale- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, analytics and creative to meet ambitious growth targetsRequired qualifications :- BA/BS with a minimum of 10 years of experience; MBA preferred- First-hand experience with email/database/CRM marketing and getting excited about things like subject lines and calls to action; Experience with DRIP marketing & community management- At least 4 years in product growth marketing with a SaaS company and deep understanding of in-product placement, messaging and channel options for scaled growth marketing- Strong demonstrated understanding of mainstream tools and platforms used in CRM and database marketing- A love for data and ability to analyse a marketing funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and various ways to meet them- The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans- The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives- Experience working cross-functionally with analysts, product managers, operations and businessS.ManjushekarCell Phone: +91-hidden_mobile,
