Job Description

    1. Provide exceptional customer service to guests.2. Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments.3. Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.4. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.5. Manage tables, handle complaints, and resolve issues promptly.*Service Responsibilities:*1. Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area.3. Replenish supplies, condiments, and utensils.4. Handle takeout and delivery orders.5. Assist with room service (if applicable).*Food Preparation and Presentation:*1. Prepare simple food items (e.g., salads, sandwiches).2. Ensure proper food presentation and plating.3. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.*Cash Handling and POS:*1. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments.2. Operate Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.3. Manage cash drawer and reconcile transactions.*Safety and Security:*1. Follow food safety and handling procedures.2. Report any safety concerns or incidents.3. Maintain confidentiality of guest information.*Team Collaboration:*1. Assist colleagues with service and tasks.2. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.3. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.*Administrative Tasks:*1. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.2. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.3. Complete side work, such as cleaning and organization.*Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):*1. Guest satisfaction ratings.2. Order accuracy and timeliness.3. Sales growth and upselling.4. Customer retention.5. Team collaboration and communication.*Skills Required:*1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.2. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.3. Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.4. Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.5. Ability to lift, carry, and move objects (up to 25 lbs).*Education and Experience:*1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Previous experience in the food service industry (preferred).3. Certification in food safety and handling (preferred).
