Head of Commercial- LogisticsKey Responsibilities Lead all commercial activities related to fleet and transportation operations Manage vehicle procurement coordination, registration, permits, insurance, and statutory documentation Handle RTO-related activities and ensure regulatory compliance Develop and manage vendor ecosystem for fleet operations and support services Negotiate commercial contracts, rates, and service agreements Establish procurement and commercial SOPs, controls, and governance mechanisms Drive cost optimization initiatives across commercial functions Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and finance teams for seamless execution Ensure timely renewals, documentation tracking, and compliance management Build scalable commercial processes aligned with business growth Monitor commercial risks and implement mitigation frameworks Candidate Profile 15 years of experience in commercial functions within logistics, transportation, fleet management, or related industries Strong exposure to vehicle procurement, fleet documentation, permits, RTO processes, and compliance Experience in setting up commercial frameworks and vendor ecosystems from scratch preferred Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in dynamic and evolving business environments Hands-on approach with strong execution orientationInterested candidates can share their CV at: hidden_email & hidden_mobile (Whatsapp)
