Head of UX and Design Looking a talented front-end UI/ UX developer to develop the front-end aspects of our products. RequirementsB. Tech. / B. E / MCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related stream. 3+ experience in a graphics design role developing designs web, mobile, and marketing material Minimum of 4 live project roll outs with SLDC or PDLC knowledge. Key Skills: HTML5, Responsive HTML, CSS3, DIV Based Table-Less Structure Layout Designing of Websites, Mailers Design, Photoshop, JQuery, JavascriptHTML, Knowledge in AJAX, JSON and XML, Experience in MVC design pattern, UI widgets, firebug Good Communication Skills and Team Player with Startup Enthusiastic Ability to write modular HTML templates in an MVC framework and modular CSS (SMACSS) Working knowledge of web and mobile themes , Experience in creating traditional websites and Email newsletter Strong command of Web standards, cross-browser compatibility & browser performance Working knowledge of JavaScript/ JQuery will be an advantage As a UI/ UX designer, you will design interactions applications (web & mobile) and focus on user experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant You have a great sense of visual design and print specific design, are good with workflow and ideally are great at balancing these with a mind-set of collaborative curiosity Conducting frequent, iterative usability testing in parallel with developmentUI design from conception to execution: flows, creating wireframes, mock-ups, prototyping and taking it to execution . Youll be familiar with agile practices and have a highly technical background, comfortable discussing detailed technical aspects of system design and implementation, whilst remaining business driven. You should be able to coordinate well with other team members efficiently and timely.,
