Job Description

    Head - Operations - NBFC- Strategize/Design/Develop/Review of Operational policies and processes in line with industry best practices.- Processing, Authorization and Disbursement of Loans in system.- In-depth knowledge of NHB Policies and able to confrigrate the same in System and day to day operational processes.- In-depth knowledge of the Loan Life Cycle process including quantitative and qualitative tools for faster disbursal.- System Management as per Operation/Credit/ Technical/ Legal / Company policies and guidelines. - To manage, track and report various key risk indicators at the portfolio level with detailed Analytics Report.- Monitor and control early delinquency by conducting hind-sighting activities - Develop processes to support smooth disbursement, and monitor turnaround time in disbursements and collection of Post disbursal documents.- Impart Training on policy and process - Prepare policy in consultation with Lawyers and values understanding the market practices - Prepare the Management Decks including Detailed Portfolio Analysis and Future Development.- Handle Internal Audit queries and conduct post audit of disbursed files.- Prepare Monthly Loan Book with different Criteria, Like LTV, Income, Industry, DPD etc- Maintain Bank reconciliation (BRS), Cash reconciliation (CRS), PDC stock, Presentation Control and Lodgement of ECS and NACH etc- Handle Loan closure process, Swapping, Loan modification and Rescheduling etc. ,
