Position Summary:Execution of a user-centered approach to design & development across MobiKwik s Digital Platform.Work with the leadership team, creative developers, merchandisers, and planners to help shape the visual and functional aspects of an interactive consumer facing interface.Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of User Experience and Design will be responsible for design innovation, effectiveness; making sure that the same is implemented and delivered via a design team through appropriate guidelines, prototype capabilities, usability tests and wireframes.Design head is expected to act proactively, take smart risks, think systematically, implement designs quickly, and innovate fiercely.Core Competencies:Experience in Information Architecture, wireframes, HCI, data flow and Rapid - UI prototypingProven ability to pick up new design conceptsProficient at Photoshop and standard wire framing applicationsHave excellent understanding of web-related technology and productsAbility to imagine and rapidly iterate on beautiful, pixel perfect visualsDemonstrated expertise in designing for mobile and web-based interfacesDevelop and refine a visual system that supports interactions that makes our users want to spend time with the product, and that engineers can build.Solid understanding of layout, typography, color and other design principlesUnderstanding of software development lifecycle and exposure to AGILE and SCRUM methodologies.Experience with all stages of user experience design from customer research, to design, to validation and user testing.Adept in prototypingMultitasking abilities are a must as you will be handling more than one project at a time.Expectations: Define and deliver UX best practices and standardize across web and mobile to drive a client - driven approach to design and development. Own design of all our projects, and collaborate with engineers, product managers to create product variations & business possibilities through visual and interactive prototypes. Taking ownership & responsibility of final user experience of the product. Will actively take part in planning, scoping and creation of innovative design solutions for new products. Proven design experience with successful product launches.,
