    Excellent opportunity as HEADMISTRESS from a well reputed & established CBSE affiliated school located near to South City-II, Gurgaon.Position: HEADMISTRESS [ PRE - PRIMARY & PRIMARY WING]Salary: 8 - 10 LPAResponsibilities:
    • To handle & coordination of Pre Primary & Primary Wing.
    • Day to day school administration and managing the schools vision amongst the staff, students, parents and community.
    • Curriculum management.
    • Time Table management.
    • PTM management.
    • Collaborating with Parents in order to provide personalized education to each child

    • Appropriate and exact delegation of responsibilities.
    Requirements:
    • Graduation & B.Ed.
    • Min.7-8 years of work experience as Pre Primary- Primary Teacher with minimum 4 - 5 years of work experience as HM/Coordinator from any reputed School.
    • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skill
    • High Leadership & People Management skills
    • Motivated, self-driven and experienced to lead the school forward.
    • Tech savvy.
