    Hiring For Domestic Voice ProcessLocation - Udyog Vihar Phase 5 GurugramInterview Mode - First round telephonic and face to face Walk-inAbout the Role: We are a dynamic new startup in the astrology space, looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive. This role is the frontline of our business, engaging directly with potential customers on Instagram to introduce them to the profound world of Vedic astrology and convert their interest into sales.Key Responsibilities:Engage & Nurture: Proactively initiate and manage conversations with potential customers via Instagram Direct Message (DM).Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable astrology products and services (e.g., Kundli analysis, Rudraksha recommendations, personalized reports). Drive Conversions: Guide potential customers through the sales process, answer queries, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our offerings to communicate their value and benefits effectively.Lead Management: Maintain a pipeline of customer interactions and follow up diligently to maximize conversion opportunities.Ideal Candidate Profile:Excellent written communication skills in Hindi and English, with a persuasive and conversational tone. Proven experience in social media sales, chat-based sales, or inside sales. A keen interest in or basic understanding of astrology is a significant advantage. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Tech-savvy, with a strong familiarity with Instagram and its features.We Offer:A competitive salary with an attractive performance-based incentive structure.
