About the team ACBS Datamart is a database of information sourced from the ACBS Product Suite, mainly ACBS Servicing (DLS) and ACBS Origination (DLO), with pre-defined joins and connectors to form star schema structures. It maintains the same informational flow as the source system but provides a medium to view the data in detail or in summary, as a snapshot in time or over various time periods. What you will be doing Examine data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of customers and complete data mapping and transaction workflow documents as the basis for conversion to FIS systems. What you bring: Knowledge / Experience
• Min 5-7 years of experience on ETL/ Commercial Lending/ PL SQL/ Reporting (SAP Business Object and Crystal Report).
• Creates data maps and transaction workflow documents showing exactly how every field of information will be converted. Data mapping forms the technical specification for the conversion and, in some cases, may generate code. Shares data maps with programmers, clients and others as appropriate to ensure successful conversion. Refines mapping through validation.
• Customizes FIS software through the use of authoring tools to meet individual customer needs modifies screens and data fields, creates new forms, screens, product sets, tables, etc.
• Examines client processes, forms and reports, determines operational needs and documents what software will do and all related processes, forms, reports, etc. to be used after conversion is complete.
• May develop new procedures with client to ensure FIS software is used appropriately.
• Establish strong relationship with onshore counterparts.
• Through data analysis, product mapping and interviews, gathers forms and data files from customer and assesses requirements for software utilization and discusses any software customization requirements with programming team.
• Throughout project, provides expertise to answer questions and guide clients in the use of the system.
Skills
• Strong analytical skill.
• Good communication skill.
• Candidate should have experience in PLSQL Development.
• Candidate should know how to tune queries and build reports off the data in the Database.
• Candidate should have good exposure with systems that are responsible for processing files to get data into the DB and then getting data out of the DB in the form of reports that are invoked through a web based UI.
• Should be able to handle multiple projects.
• Candidate should have experience in financial domain (Preferably Commercial Lending)
• Candidate should have experience to support on call production issue (AHS After Hour Support)
• Experience in reporting tools e.x SAP Business Object, Crystal report etc (good to have).
• Strong desktop computing skills: Excel, Word etc.

• Degree or equivalent.
