They pride themselves in being able to act as an extension of their customers by intimating their team of business analysts with their customers business and processes cutting down lengthy planning and requirement assessment periods, and streamlining design, development and testing to deliver a product that aligns with their strategy.Job Title: Support Analyst - Software Development MohaliThis job is for a Customer Support Executive profile.Job/Position Summary:The Support Analyst will be responsible for delivering functions and supporting individual programs as part of the Iron Logics portfolio. In addition to supporting the program alongside other support team members, the support analyst will work with their supervisor and clients to provide direct customer/tier 1 support, provisioning various service requests and administering systems and platforms.Organizational Status:The Support analyst will work with the customers directly to deliver on required tasks within assigned portfolios. Support Analyst will work closely with other Applications support team members to ensure a successful turnaround of required functions. They will be receiving direction from their manager for ad-hoc requests and escalations.Job Responsibility:- Coordinate with appropriate teams to deliver on all customer requests through email, phone or ticket systems in a timely manner- Register, monitor and updates requests into required systems for tracking- Provide pre-sales support including passcode/token creation and distribution- Perform day-to-day site administration tasks including maintenance and updating site content- Deal with conflict resolution with emphasis on customer satisfaction- Preparing data and documents in Microsoft Office 365(excel and word)- Work on digital assets through templates or adhoc creations for promotional content- Be available to work rotating schedules which include evenings, weekends and holidays- Review and report on SLAs for TTA and TTF- Generate customized reports as per request- Coordinate with external and internal teams to support system communication for data interchange and account administration- Work independently and self-manage priorities and timelines for various support issue
